My Leadership Experience in Geneva
I have over 25 years’ experience as a senior creative leader in digital agencies and multinational consultancies, including 7 years as a senior manager at Accenture in Geneva. I combine this with ICF executive coaching certification and UKCP psychotherapeutic training to bring both strategic and psychological depth to leadership development using the Transactional Analysis framework.
