With over 25 years’ experience as a senior leader in global agencies and multinational consultancies, including working as a senior manager at Accenture in Geneva, I’ve experienced shifting market dynamics and tightening margins to rapid organisational change and escalating expectations. This lived experience grounds my coaching in real business context, not just theory.

I hold ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials and am a UKCP-certified psychotherapeutic counsellor, bringing both rigorous coaching standards and psychological depth to my work.

I work with leaders in Geneva and internationally who are navigating high-pressure roles and want to understand what's driving their behaviour under stress. I help them see the patterns underneath their performance, whether biological, in the nervous system's stress response, psychological, in what's pulling at their sense of meaning and legacy, or structural, in the sheer weight of the job itself. I also have a particular focus on women in midlife who are carrying demanding roles, often alongside family and caregiving, while their bodies and priorities are changing.

Drawing on Transactional Analysis, the model most widely used in organisational and coaching contexts, I help you identify the specific internal patterns driving your current ceiling, and build a clear path beyond it. Each engagement is structured around your goals, with sessions that balance honest inquiry and actionable focus.
