I bring together over 25 years of professional experience in the corporate and creative world, combined with psychotherapy training and clinical work as part of an MSc in Transactional Analysis, followed by ICF Coach Certification. This unique blend allows me to understand both the pressures of high-performance environments and the deeper personal challenges that shape our lives. Having lived and worked across different countries, I bring a global perspective and a genuine curiosity about people, cultures, and the stories that make us who we are.

As a parent and part of a multicultural blended family, I value connection, balance, and emotional strength both in daily life and in professional or performance contexts. Competing in multiple sports has given me first-hand insight into performance, discipline, and recovery, while my passion for nutrition, health, and wellness supports a holistic approach that views the mind, body, and relationships as deeply interconnected.
