Fleur
My work draws on over 25+ years of senior leadership experience in digital agencies and multinational consultancies — including as a senior manager at Accenture in Geneva — combined with ICF certification in executive and team coaching and UKCP accreditation in psychotherapeutic counselling.

My approach combines psychological insight with practical leadership strategy. Drawing on Transactional Analysis, I help you identify the specific internal patterns driving your current ceiling, and build a clear path beyond it. Each engagement is structured around your goals, with sessions that balance honest inquiry and actionable focus.
